American Association of University Women Scholarship at the University of Maine

AAUW Penobscot Valley Non-traditional Student Scholarship
Two $500 dollar scholarships will be given to non traditional female students studying at local educational institutions. Contact: Susan Wishkoski wishkoskisusan@gmail.com
AAUW Penobscot Valley Branch Marge Erhardt Scholarship at Orono High School
One $800 ($300 from AAUW and $500 from the Erhardt family) scholarship will be given to a senior female student who plans to further her education. Deadline is in April. Contact: Fran Haines fahaines1@gmail.com

This program for undergraduate women is designed to address the under reepresentation of women in legislatures. The Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center at the University of Maine sponsors the program.
